They need a copy makeover, and I am here for it.

You can go to your inbox right now and search Netflix to find some emails. I can’t decide how helpful these emails are for you or how frequently you open them, but I can say one thing for sure — you’ve rarely said ‘wow! What an awesome email from Netflix’.

While I completely respect their team’s work, I am sure people are clicking on these emails (sometimes). I still feel that Netflix (my favorite Fortune 500 company) can do better than this.
